I got an email today from summer at Maher Collision that the wipers are fixed and the tested good. So I will go there Tomorrow and get Ruby and she will be totally fixed. That is cool I will be able to drive this Saturday. Which is very cool because Saturday’s are pretty decent driving days historically. I was not able to sleep until this morning at 7AM I woke up at 10:30AM and I could not go back to sleep! I have the perfect sleeping conditions in my room, and still I can’t sleep? It is dark from the large Amazon boxes I stapled over the windows except for the vent that evaporates the water as it pulls it out of my room air while cooling it, I like it about 68 degrees. That is pretty low in Florida When I have my P.C. turned off, it is stable in here at 68 degrees Fahrenheit. I have a queen size bed all to myself, I have an old oscillating fan diagonally across the room from the Air Conditioner so I keep it as dark as possible, I light with artificial light only. That portable A.C. has a remote control that I keep on my desk because sometimes it actually gets too cold in my room and I gotta turn it off. I remember, at any time, when I was under 40 years old, I could almost always sleep no problem. Now that I am over 40 sleep is very hard for me. I can definitely see how ice baths always work very well. When it comes to temps under like 60 degrees Fahrenheit, as apposed to Celsius in Canada and Mexico (There are a lot of other places on earth besides the U.S.) I am extremely sensitive to the cold, so a 10 or 15 second cold shower for me worx like an Ice Bath does for Tim Ferris. I have read all of his stuff which is umm kind of a lot. He is a pretty good teacher. Tim has a very bad problem going to sleep so the solutions he writes about tend to work very well for me. The problem I have is cold showers to go to sleep tend to be a P.I.T.A. I didn’t think of that last night. You would think that 2 rides per day would make me tire but they do not.
