This is the note I send out to all my passengers as soon as I accept their request. I think there were 3 rides that I forgot to send this out of 9950 rides. I started doing this in my first year driving for Uber. I have this in a google doc and I copy and paste it into each request that I receive as soon as I accept that request. If the rider doesn’t read it for whatever reason, that is not my problem they could cancel before I pick them up if they wanted to. The below message has been emailed to Uber they commented well on it, so they are well aware of this message.

 

“Please help keep this driver’s car clean by not bringing any drinks into his car, and also by not smoking, vaping, or juuling. If you have a drink container that you are bringing with you please remove the lid and hold it upside down so the driver can see that it is empty upon arrival. If you ordered a ride for someone else, or plan to pick up any other passengers along the way to your destination please communicate or transmit this to them right away. If there are any liquids that you ABSOLUTELY need to transport, please contact me by message BEFORE I arrive. Please no more than 4 passengers.”
